Omega fatty acids are very popular nowadays due to all the scientific evidence about their properties. Thus, we wanted to go further and develop a food supplement with a 4:2:1 ratio of omega 3-6-9.

In Western diets, omega-3 fatty acids are found in much lower quantities compared to omega-6 fatty acids. Therefore, we have formulated a food supplement with a higher amount of omega-3 compared to omega-6, helping to decrease the ratio between these two types of polyunsaturated fatty acids.

OMEGA-3

- Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the normal function of the heart.

-Gamma-linolenic acid: A fatty acid with 18 carbons and 3 double bonds (18:3) belonging to the omega-6 series, which helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, normal blood pressure, or bone maintenance, among other properties.

- Oleic acid is an unsaturated fatty acid. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. In addition, oleic acid helps maintain normal blood LDL cholesterol concentrations.

Additionally, we have added Vitamin E, a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage, preventing the oxidation of these fatty acids.
